ℹ️Good to know — under your hire agreement: recovery must be to our nominated garage (JDS) only, and if we arrange it the charge is £20 + £1.50 per mile (clause 8.12). Faults caused by misuse or neglect, and any parking fines while the vehicle is left, are the hirer's responsibility (clauses 8.4 / 8.6). Reporting the problem here doesn't create a charge — we'll always talk you through any costs first.
